Western Capital Forex S.A., Geneva, has been servicing clients trading in Forex. As you might be aware, there were some changes in the law concerning the provision of such services from companies like ours. Based on these changes, from April 1st 2008, the companies that will be allowed to provide services in Forex must comply with the banking regulations in order to carry on with such activities. Our firm has decided not to apply for such license for various reasons. Therefore, we found a solution to enable our clients to carry on their trading activities uninterrupted. As of 1st April 2008, Western Capital Forex S.A. will stop executing and providing directly online trading services for Forex and new accounts will not be accepted and/or opened. At the same time, Western Capital Forex S.A. will continue as a Master Introducer referring new clients to suitable brokers for execution of their trades in Forex.
