VAC CODE is the additional method of security

Breach of security does not happen too much. However if you wish to add an additional level of security and safety to your account you may choose a VAC code which would be used should you need to speak with someone by telephone for example. That as much as possible it is more reliable to strengthen a level of safety of access to your accounts, we suggest you necessarily to establish one more system of virtual protection, which is VAC. What is it?

VAC is, as a matter of fact, one more, additional password which you will use during any dialogue with employees of "WCF" by the removed principle - like, by phone, ICQ, to e-mail or on-line consultations.

Why do I need a VAC?

Imagine a following situation. You speak with our employee by phone, thus visual contact between you is absent. Staff at WCF cannot positively identify that you are the holder of the account. By being able to confirm your VAC code our employees are sure they are speaking with the correct holder of the account and therefore maintaining confidentiality and integrity of your account details.

We ask you to note, however, that during any dialogue, our employees can request other personal information on you, including the password from the account, in order to establish your identity, should they feel that it is necessary.
